Harmony Omogiate Tachie
Executive Director
Harmony Omogiate Tachie is a Nigerian human rights advocate, social entrepreneur, and Founder of Harmony Advocacy Network, an organisation dedicated to protecting women, children, and vulnerable persons from abuse, violence, and exploitation. She is passionate about promoting human rights, gender equality, child protection, access to justice, and survivor-centred support. Through Harmony Advocacy Network, she leads community and school sensitisation programmes, advocacy campaigns, safeguarding initiatives, and partnerships aimed at creating safer communities. With a background in Hospitality and Tourism Management and extensive leadership experience, Harmony combines professional management skills with her passion for social change. She is committed to building a society where everyone lives with dignity, safety, and justice.
Mr.Eric Hervé Ketchadji Nouyep
Director of Programs
Mr. Eric Hervé Ketchadji Nouyep is a civil engineer, educator, missionary, businessman, and philanthropist. He holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Bayero University Kano, Nigeria. For nearly two decades, he served with Victory International Church as an educator and missionary, focusing on teaching, mentoring, evangelism, and community service. He is the Founder of GOD’S LOVE INITIATIVE, an NGO dedicated to expressing God’s love through humanitarian service. He is also Chairman of ERICO GRANITO, specialising in granite and marble importation, sales, and installation. Mr. Ketchadji Nouyep serves on the Board of Trustees of Harmony Advocacy Network and is passionate about faith, service, business, and humanitarian impact.
Mike Osemeke
Patron & Media Adviser, Harmony Advocacy Network
Mike Osemeke is a Nigerian journalist, investigative reporter, media entrepreneur and publisher with extensive experience in television and digital journalism. He is recognised for his work in crime reporting, security journalism and public-interest reporting. He has served in notable editorial positions, including Head of News and Research at SuperScreen Television and Head of Reporters for Crime Fighters. He is also a member of the Crime Reporters Association of Nigeria (CRAN).
As Patron and Media Adviser of Harmony Advocacy Network, Mike provides strategic media guidance and supports the organisation's advocacy campaigns, public awareness initiatives and visibility. He is committed to using journalism and communication to promote justice, accountability, human rights and the protection of vulnerable persons.
Juliana Ebere Francis
Communications Manager
Juliana Ebere Francis is an award-winning investigative journalist with over 20 years of media experience. A graduate of the University of Ilorin, she specialises in investigative journalism, human rights, security, health, sexual and gender-based violence, and environmental issues. She has worked with The Sun, Compass Newspaper, Daily Newswatch, and New Telegraph, and currently serves as Deputy Editor at The Eagle Online and Publisher of Securitynewsalert.com. Francis is the first Nigerian woman to win the Overall Winner category of the Wole Soyinka Centre for Investigative Reporting Awards. Passionate about justice, mentorship, press freedom, and accountability, she remains committed to impactful public-interest journalism.
Barrister Abiodun Kolawole “Iya Gani Fawehinmi”
Legal Adviser & Human Rights Advocate
Barrister Abiodun Kolawole, popularly known as “Iya Gani Fawehinmi,” is a Nigerian legal practitioner, human-rights defender, and litigation expert committed to justice, equality, and the protection of vulnerable persons. She is a prominent member of the African Women Lawyers Association (AWLA), where she has served in leadership roles within its litigation structure. Her work focuses on women’s rights, child protection, access to justice, and social accountability. At Harmony Advocacy Network, she serves as a Legal & Human Rights Advocate, contributing her legal expertise and advocacy experience to protecting women and children, preventing abuse and violence, and promoting human-rights awareness and justice within communities.
David Duvwode
Legal Adviser | Legal Practitioner
Mr. David Duvwode is a Nigerian legal practitioner with over 22 years of experience in litigation and corporate practice. He serves as the Legal Adviser to Harmony Advocacy Network, providing professional legal guidance and supporting the organisation’s human-rights and advocacy initiatives. His work contributes to promoting access to justice, protecting women and children, preventing abuse and violence, and safeguarding the rights of vulnerable persons. Mr. Duvwode provides legal perspectives on organisational programmes, advocacy activities, and interventions, ensuring they align with legal principles and fundamental human rights. His extensive litigation experience strengthens the Network’s commitment to justice, accountability, legal awareness, and safer communities.
